One of our larger and more recent roll-outs of a tablet ordering solution are at various McDonalds’ stores across Mumbai. We have implemented 2 flavours of the tablet ordering application:

Tablet Ordering App: This allows the McDonalds crew to take orders in queue and on table. It is integrated to the POS and Credit card transactions
Tablet kiosk: the guest can browse, order and pay on the tablets installed at the location. Moreover there is a suggestive engine to upsell other items on the menu

The app has helped McDonalds in reducing the queue waiting time of their customers from 22 seconds to 4 seconds. It has been rolled out in couple of stores in Mumbai and will soon be rolled out to other parts of the country. We can also provide dedicated e-commerce solutions for retail industry.
