Centerac India Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of of Centerac DMCC Dubai. The company was formed as a joint venture between Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc, Montreal and Moksh Networks Private Limited, India in April of 2006.

Mediagrif exited the joint venture in 2009 as a part of its changed focus in business and end markets.

Since its inception the Company has focused on providing end to end ecommerce solutions for the Gems and Jewellery and the Textile Segments. Over this time the company executed a range of successful projects and also entered into milestone ventures.

The company has a joint venture with the India Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council to manage and market its online, direct marketing and technology initiatives.

Centerac has also worked closely with the Bharat Diamond Bourse to build an ecommerce strategy to enable its members to trade amongst themselves and present the single largest aggregated inventory platform to the world for B2B trade.

Centerac was responsible for the launch of Polygon.net, the world’s largest B2B jewellery marketplace, in the Indian market. Over the two year’s Polygon gained the largest market share in the B2B space.

Centerac also owns and operates YnFx.com.

Centerac has a highly empowered team to design and deliver solutions best suited for the client’s needs. The Company is headed by Sanjiv Khandelwal.
